Where are we based?

Flee The Farm is based at Willow Tree Farm, Hillington, King’s Lynn Norfolk, PE31 6DL. This is a working farm and for safety reasons, the Gamemaster will meet you at the gate to walk you to the reception.

I'm Claustrophobic - Can i do this?

Yes! Flee The Farm Escape Rooms are built to be as spacious as possible, and where there are confined spaces, only one member of the team needs to enter so you will not have to enter the confined space for your team to complete the room

How do I cancel/reschedule a booking?

You can find our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy under Section B of our Terms & Conditions. If you need to cancel/reschedule a booking please get in touch as soon as possible with our team using the contact details from the Contact us section.

Can you refund if some team members cancel?

Due to the nature of our business (i.e. live experience) we can not refund in case team members drop out, but we will do our best to help you reschedule when possible if this affects the capacity of the rest of the group to attend.
If you are unsure of the final numbers attending a game session, then we advise to book for the minimum amount of players required per room, which is 3. You can then add more players before or on the day of your booking.

Who is 'Flee The Farm' suitable for?

Flee The Farm Escape Rooms have been built to cater for everyone – young or old(er), experienced or complete novice. There is nothing in our rooms that is designed to be scary but we recommend that children under 7 years old may not get maximum enjoyment from our rooms. Where possible, we will cater for those with disabilities but please contact us first so that we can ensure that we can meet your needs.

When should we arrive for a game?

To make sure that you get the best experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking

What do I do if I booked the wrong date/time/mission?

Do not panic. 🙂 Simply get in touch with us via the number listed in the Contact us section or in your booking confirmation as soon as you realise that you have made an error and our team will advise you from there.
